2. Use of Services

Our services are provided for legitimate business purposes only. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and our acceptable use policy.

3. Intellectual Property

All platform components, branding, and documentation remain the intellectual property of Prymera Consulting Pvt Ltd unless otherwise agreed in your licence agreement.

4. Limitation of Liability

RemitSo's liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

5. Compliance Obligations

You are responsible for maintaining all required licences and regulatory approvals in your jurisdiction. RemitSo's RaaS infrastructure operates under its own regulated entities.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Singapore.
